The Penn Storm jeans are made from 14.5 oz 100% organic cotton denim fabric. The jean is a modern interpretation of a dust-storm-inspired wash, featuring sophisticated repairs, tint, and paint details. The Tenue. Penn jeans are made in our jeans factory near Umbertide, Italy.
