Of course, we hope to make you the happiest person on the planet providing your Tenue. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept your online return or exchange for another size within 30 days of the delivery date.

Store Returns:
Purchases that are made in one of our stores can be returned in store only and within 14 days after purchase, for an exchange or store credit. Drop by the store to make this happen!
Returns Terms and Guidelines
Our Returns Policy:
Please make sure all returned products are in unworn, resalable condition, with all original tags attached. This also includes all packaging, accessories and dust bags. We have to say that we reserve the right to not accept a return if one of the before mentioned conditions are not met, or as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.
For example, we may make a reduction in the following circumstances:
If more of these terms and conditions are not met, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible. In this situation, you may (as an alternative to us providing you with a reduced refund) choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Free size swaps:
If the item doesn't fit or you would like a different size instead, please contact us at hello@tenuejeans.com with your order number and any further questions. We offer free size swaps to fully satisfy you with your Tenue. and will ship the desired size to you free of charge. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This service is available on all of our clothing, footwear is excluded from free size swaps.
